Cant Play

I dont know what all this talk about crashing is, but my problem is that I cant control my character during that first battle scene. Nothing works. After deleting and reinstalling the app it still didnt work. Glad I didnt waste any money before it stopped working in the first 10 minutes. Classic Ubisoft.
